I am looking for a free alternative to liveperson. I want a full-time solution, not a free trial, and also, I only need one department, and there will only be one operator working at a specific time-frame because the expected traffic of the site is very low.

Could someone please help me find a solution? I have tried everything in google, including a service called uZoom, but uzoom doesn’t work. After the entire setup is completed, it says that it cannot connect to the server because of a firewall or something, but my internet connection is still working and no firewall is active.

So please suggest a good free provider…
